Operating Locked Doors

Went out to lunch today and saw this posted on the bathroom door. Wonder how many times this door was broken by people who couldn’t figure out that if they couldn’t open it it was probably locked. Obviously enough to necessitate a sign.

Is this built with PHP?

So here is a cool trick I didn’t know about before. Ever wanted to know if a site you’re looking at was built using PHP?

Just append this query string to the URL of the site in question, and if you see the PHP logo you’ll know you’ve hit the jackpot.

I'm From Barcelona - "Who Killed Harry Houdini?"

If you know me, you probably know that I listen to a lot of music. Check out my activity stream

Up until now however I’ve never really written about the music that I like. So lets see if we can change that.

My current favorite song is “Paper Planes” from the new album by Swedish pop masters “I’m From Barcelona“http://www.imfrombarcelona.com/ titled “Who Killed Harry Houdini?” The song is catchy, it is short, and it is unquestionably uplifting.

The new Hells Kitchen in downtown Minneapolis holds a number of sinister surprises amongst it’s many new nooks and crannies. Take a trip down to Hell next time you get a chance and see what I’m talking about for yourself. It’s worth it, and the food as you would expect is stellar.

Boy Fiend

I’m sure you’ve done it before, everyone does. You’re bored at work or sitting around home with nothing to do so you punch your name into Google and see what comes up. I usually do it right after having just Googled someone else. I start wondering, “what do people see when the google me?”
